Walk to a recognizable spot in-game and take a Tarkov screenshot (default key F12 / Print Screen). OCR captures it as Point A. Move to a second spot far away (ideally diagonal across the map) and screenshot again for Point B. Then click each spot on the map image in the same order. A thumbnail of the screenshot you're placing appears next to your cursor for reference.
